RCIC
THE RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR CHILDREN (RCIC) is open to children of catechetical age (four years of age and up) who have not been baptized.
Those children who wish to receive First Eucharist, Reconciliation and/or Confirmation must be baptized. Those baptized in another Christian faith must make a Profession of Faith in the Catholic Faith. This can be done after a period of catechetical instruction.
