Hi Fr. Francis!

We were originally planning on having Unity Gala on Friday March 24.

However, we heard that 8th grade confirmation will be on Sunday March 25, and there has been some concern that those parents said they won’t go to gala because they will have family in town for confirmation. It is DePaul prep’s Spring break that week as well, and a few said they would be out for town for that.

So we are looking into switching the date to Friday February 24 or Saturday February 25. We would like to first check with you that you will be in town then and there are no conflicts with your schedule if we do switch the date to February.

Please let us know your availability and thoughts on this when you get a chance.

That’s not a problem. I’ll be here. I think it makes good sense to move it off of the March date.
