Hi Tina,
I or Jim Klatt and I would like to pick up the hay bales from the Rectory garage on Monday, October 28 @ 2 pm-ish (setup for the Southport event is at 2:30 pm). Will you, Deb or Marcos be around to provide keys and/or let me in to the garage at that time?
If we are rushed for time, I will come back on Tuesday, October 29 to sweep up the residual hay from the garage and parking lot (I assume there will be some).

Marcos is usually here until 3p.
