Stock Donations

Thank you for considering a gift of stock to St. Josaphat Parish. These donations are processed by the Chicago Archdiocese, and the full value of each gift is then transferred to St. Josaphat.

To ensure that your generous donation is appropriately allocated, please follow these steps to initiate the process for a stock donation:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with details of your intended donation, including:
   • Number of shares
   • Name of the stock 

   • Intended transfer date

2. Please complete the electronic Letter of Intention form. Make sure to include your name and the name of the St. Josaphat fund or campaign you would like to donate to.

3. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to complete your gift of stock. You can make a gift of securities or stock through an electronic transfer or a physical transfer of stock certificates.
